Q1:Are you a manufacturer or  trade company ?

A: We are a manufacturer.

Q2:What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% by T/T as deposit, and balance payable before delivery against the photos of the products and packages after production.

Q3: What's your packing?

A: Our Normal packing is bulking in Cartons with plastic bag then placed on pallet. We also can pack products according to your requirements.

Q4:Can you produce according to the samples?What is your sample policy?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can supply the samples, but you are required to pay the sample cost and the freight cost.

Q5: How about the quality of your product?

A: 100% inspection will be done during production. Our products are certified toTS16949 international quality standards.

Q6:How about your delivery time?

A: Generally, it will take about 25-45 days after your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
